Aahana Vibrations: A Journey to Confidence and Natural Skincare
In October 2018, Aahana Vibrations was born—a brand rooted in personal experience, wellness, and natural beauty. Each product is handmade using organic ingredients, carefully crafted to nourish the skin and enhance its natural health.
The creator behind Aahana Vibrations, Stephanie Nelson, grew up struggling with acne, discoloration, and large pores. Her journey to healthy skin was challenging, but through years of research and testing countless products, she eventually developed her own line of natural skincare solutions.
In addition to her work in skincare, Stephanie spent several years as a mental health therapist. During her time in therapy sessions, a recurring theme emerged: the impact of physical appearance on self-esteem. Many clients expressed how the condition of their skin affected their confidence and how they viewed themselves in the mirror. Stephanie realized that unhealthy-looking skin often contributes to lower self-worth and diminished feelings of well-being.
Motivated by her own skin struggles and her passion for mental health, Stephanie created Aahana Vibrations to empower others—helping them feel confident in their skin, inside and out.
Although still a young brand, Aahana Vibrations has received remarkable support.

Rose oil has strong antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiviral properties. The food service industry even uses rose oil as a natural preservative in some food products. In one study rose oil was shown to reduce bacterial, fungi, and viruses that cause skin disease and infections.
The scent of rose from the rose flower has been studied and shown to enhance relaxation, offer pain relief, and soothe anxiety in a clinical setting. It’s unclear if it’s the scent itself, memories of the scent, or a chemical agent in the scent which creates this chemical reaction in your brain.
Anecdotally, some people believe that since rose oil smells like roses, it can have the same impact on you when you inhale its essential oil.

You should always choose raw, organic, unrefined virgin coconut oil to use on your face and skin. It contains vitamins, and goodness that your skin needs. This is sometimes just referred to as “pure coconut oil”. You should also make sure that your coconut oil still hasn’t expired.
Scientific research into the benefits of coconut oil for skin and face care has shown that it contains antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties.
For example, research published in the Natural Medicine Journal said that coconut oil contains medium-chain fatty acids which have an antimicrobial effect. The main fatty acid is lauric acid which plays a vital role in killing off various bacterial and fungal infections on the skin.
Coconut oil is also one of the best natural products to keep your skin feeling soft and hydrated which is an important aspect of good skin care. The journal Dermatitis showed that coconut oil helps to soothe and moisturize dry scaly skin and is as effective as mineral oil as a moisturizer.
Coconut oil can help reduce the symptoms of a number of skin conditions that affect your face. For example, eczema, psoriasis, ringworm, and allergic reactions that cause itchy red patches of skin to appear on the face and other areas of the body. Sometimes, the itchy skin can be rough and scaly. Very often these itchy rashes are caused by bacterial or fungal infections, and coconut oil is one of the best natural remedies to improve these skin infections.
Many people use coconut oil to treat face acne and prevent further outbreaks of spots, pimples, and pustules.
Acne is caused when excess sebum and dead skins cells clog up pores. These pores can become inflamed and filled with pus when bacteria cause an infection.
Although coconut oil doesn’t work for everyone who has acne, there are many people who have found this to be an effective home remedy for acne which can, in time, actually help to reduce the amount of sebum the skin produces.
The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of coconut oil help to reduce the number of bacteria on the skin and reduce inflammation. One study published in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology found that lauric acid (the main fatty acid in coconut oil) showed strong antimicrobial activity against Propionibacterium acnes – the bacteria responsible for inflammatory acne.
You can help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles on your face if you regularly use coconut oil as a skin moisturizer. Wrinkles can appear when collagen in the skin breaks down and the skin loses its elasticity. Regular use of coconut oil on your face and neck can help to keep your skin hydrated and prevent collagen loss, thus giving your skin a much smoother look.
The journal Skin Pharmacology and Physiology showed that virgin coconut oil helps wounds to heal quicker because its components help to boost collagen production.8 More collagen in the skin means that it looks plumper and wrinkles are less noticeable.

Shea butter is also one of the ingredients in African black soap, which is made from drying and roasting the peels or barks of plants such as palm tree leaves, plantains, shea tree, or cocoa pods. Various oils like coconut oil, palm oil, or shea butter are then added to the ash to make African soap. This black soap is used to treat many skin inflammatory conditions.
The Journal of Oleo Science published a study showing that shea butter is a significant source of anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor promoting compounds.1 Another interesting compound in shea butter is cinnamic acid2 which is known for its antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties.3
This means that shea butter is a wonderful product which both moisturizes and heals the skin. Clinical studies have shown it to be safe for skin.4
Let’s have a look at shea butter’s benefits for your skin, hair, and general health.
Shea butter is an excellent product for skin and it is non-comedogenic, which means that it won’t clog your pores. Here are some of the amazing ways that shea butter can benefit your skin:
Eczema is a skin condition where the skin becomes irritated or inflamed. The healing and moisturizing properties of shea butter make an excellent topical treatment for eczema. It can be applied liberally to the affected area daily. The anti-inflammatory properties provide needed relief and the nutrients in shea butter help promote healthy skin cell re-growth.
Stretch marks often occur during pregnancy but can occur after rapid weight gain. Shea butter helps to smooth the skin and keep it hydrated naturally. Research into shea butter has shown that it can help boost collagen production, thus reducing the appearance of stretch marks.
The collagen boosting properties of shea butter also make it an excellent product to help reduce the appearance of aging. As we age, our bodies produce less collagen and the skin loses some of its elasticity resulting in wrinkly skin. Environmental factors like pollution, sun damage, and extreme temperatures can also affect the appearance of aging in the skin.
Vitamins A and E and the collagen boosting properties of shea butter make it an excellent natural product to help wound heal and reduce the appearance of scars. The journal Wounds published a study on how the properties of shea butter can help to reduce the formation of scar tissue.
